The post conference meal will be held at Apula in Farringdon.

The restuarant is situated right next to the Farringdon Elizabeth Line station,  and a short walk from Farringdon main station, with several links to major train stations.

The cost of the meal will be £50 per head.  Places at the meal will need to be booked in advance through the link below.

Details of the menu can be found here:  Apulia Restaurant

This is a great opportunity for networking and catch-up with colleagues!  The meal is deliberately early to allow time to catch trains home and thus enable as many of you as possible to attend.  Fee is £50 in advance for all to ensure costs are covered.  Due to PayPal changes, our payment system through the website doesn't work, so instead register through the website 'for free' and then pay separately through PayPal, either by searching for Aisling.Carr@bpns22 through PayPal or more simply by typing PayPal.me/bpns22 into your web browser: you will then be asked to log in or sign up to PayPal before being asked to set the amount to pay Aisling Carr, our treasurer. If you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to sign up, you can email aisling.carr@nhs.net to agree another option.

New UK Charity for Peripheral Neuropathy

The BPNS wish to facilitate setup of a new charity for peripheral neuropathy in the UK.  There is no charity or association in the UK which supports people with all the many causes of peripheral neuropathy.  Only a few specific causes of neuropathy have a UK charity, such as CMT-UK, GAIN and Diabetes UK.  There is no UK charity to support idiopathic neuropathy, painful small fibre neuropathy (except general pain charities), brachial neuritis, carpal tunnel and entrapment neuropathies, chemotherapy neuropathy (except cancer charities), etc. Several people have come forward to assist with this and work is progressing to get the new charity up and running.
