After the meeting we have arranged a dinner, open to all attendees, at the Hotel du Vin, Winchester.

The Hotel du Vin is only a 0.4mile/8min walk from the Guildhall venue (passing Winchester Cathedral and grounds en route).  In turn this is only 0.5mile/10 walk to the train station, and close to the Winchester car parks.

We encourage you to join us for this special subsidised event starting with a drink reception at 6.15 pm and an early dinner at 6.45 pm, to allow members to travel back home in reasonable time.

Places are limited - please book early to avoid disappointment.

If you have any special dietary requirements or allergies, please highlight these on the form at the bottom of this page at time of booking.

Cost is £45 per head for ordinary members and non-members, £30 for associate members.  Due to PayPal changes, our usual payment system through the website doesn't work, so instead sign up for the meeting below without paying upfront and then pay separately through PayPal, either by searching for aisling.carr@nhs.net through PayPal or more simply by typing PayPal.me/bpns22 into your web browser:  You do not usually need a PayPal account to pay via Paypal, however much Paypal encourage you to sign up.  You can pay using a credit or debit card as long as the account has been configured to accept such payments; contact Treasurer@bpns.org.uk if problems.

New UK Charity for Peripheral Neuropathy

The BPNS wish to facilitate setup of a new charity for peripheral neuropathy in the UK.  There is no charity or association in the UK which supports people with all the many causes of peripheral neuropathy.  Only a few specific causes of neuropathy have a UK charity, such as CMT-UK, GAIN and Diabetes UK.  There is no UK charity to support idiopathic neuropathy, painful small fibre neuropathy (except general pain charities), brachial neuritis, carpal tunnel and entrapment neuropathies, chemotherapy neuropathy (except cancer charities), etc. Several people have come forward to assist with this and work is progressing to get the new charity up and running.
